Håndverksgruppen welcomes Tinne Bertelsen as the new HR manager for HG Denmark. In this role, she will play a key part in strengthening organizational and leadership development across the Danish HG companies, with a strong focus on succession planning, education and training, and operational HR support.

Tinne Bertelsen brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience in the construction and installation industry. She has held senior positions at companies such as Bravida Denmark, Kemp & Lauritzen, and Glenco. Her core competencies include strategy, organizational development, workplace environment, leader support, and onboarding of new companies.

Tinne, who holds an MA in International Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School and has supplemented her studies in Paris, grew up in West Jutland and now lives in Copenhagen with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys activities such as yoga and long walks.
She will officially assume her role on August 11, 2025, and will be based at HG Denmark's service office in Bredgade, Copenhagen.
