Strengthening the organization in Norway

The Managing Director of Håndverksgruppen in Norway, Gjermund Söder Vegge, is pleased to have Caroline Kindle on board:

– With a large number of companies in Norway, it is crucial to have a strong HR leader who can support development and collaboration across the companies. Caroline brings solid experience from a similar industry and broad HR competence, and she will be key to supporting leaders, building culture, sharing best practices, and enabling learning and development throughout the organization, says Gjermund Söder Vegge.

Extensive experience in HR and HSE

Caroline Kindle comes from GK Gruppen, where she has held broad responsibility for HR and HSE since 2012 – bringing extensive experience in talent development, recruitment, culture building, trainee and student programs, internal communication, HR systems, employer branding, and change management.

– I am really excited to be part of Håndverksgruppen’s growth journey, and to contribute to strengthening both leaders and employees in the Norwegian companies. I look forward to supporting the development of the organization and helping build further on HG’s strong culture and ambitions, says Caroline Kindle.
